Mangalore, the tiger mauls keeper death

Mangalore : On Tuesday night, a sixteen year old tiger sledge its keeper to death at the Dr Shivaram Karanth Biological Park in Pilikula Nisarga Dhama.

 According to the H Jayapraksh Bhandary, the park director and wildlife warden,”The animal keepers named as Godwa, Santhosh and Uday were assigned a task of looking after Raja. The two of the animal keepers Santhosh and Uday are went to dinner and Godwa went to the routine checkup, Raja.

When the animal keepers came back then they found that the tiger was roaming out in the verandah and one of animal keeper Gowda was shifted to a hospital.”

According to the animal psychologists and the Park authorities,” The dead animal keeper Gowda was not married and the health of tiger is good and did not shows any abnormal behavior.”

Bhandary said,”The tiger did not try to eat the any body part and not taste human blood. ”

“The tiger captivity is sixteen to eighteen years but the aged tiger captivity can be dangerous”, Wildlife expert said.
